Membership terms and refunds

Prices and renewal

Counter Hax Supporter costs £0.99 per month. Premium costs £4.99 per month. These are the total advertised membership prices in GBP. Membership renews monthly until cancelled. The final recurring amount and renewal terms are shown before payment in Stripe Checkout.

Your membership

Supporter includes profile cosmetics and a Supporter badge. Premium also includes earned-title display, personal match breakdowns, stats downloads and priority for the next available server place. Published tournament events may offer early Premium registration. Membership does not buy stronger powers, different roll odds, a guaranteed playing place or a tournament prize.

Cancellation

Open Membership & billing on your account, then Payments, invoices & cancellation. Cancellation stops the next renewal; access continues until the end of the paid period. You can also request cancellation at admin@counterhax.com.

Refunds

If you change your mind about a new subscription, contact us within 14 days of purchase to request cancellation and a full refund of the initial membership payment. Include your SteamID and invoice reference; do not send card details. This policy does not limit your statutory rights. For duplicate charges, unavailable paid features or other billing problems, contact us so we can investigate and arrange an appropriate remedy.

Fair access

Queues reserve an available place for 45 seconds and do not remove active players. Premium priority includes a fairness turn for waiting Free and Supporter players after three Premium offers. Server availability, match capacity and published event rules still apply.

Payments and data

Stripe processes payments and subscription invoices. We do not store card details. Membership activates after payment is verified; a checkout return alone does not grant access. Failed renewals do not extend access beyond the previous paid period. A refunded or disputed payment may suspend the membership it funded. Existing earned progress and permanent owner/community grants remain separate. Read our privacy notice.

Community standards
